Through Sport4Impact, Andrea has contributed to the development of structured sport activities within penitentiary facilities in Italy, using physical activity as a tool for rehabilitation, discipline, and social inclusion.
Grounded in the conviction that sport can support both physical and personal development, the initiative promotes structured training sessions aimed at strengthening self-esteem, responsibility, teamwork, and resilience among incarcerated individuals.
The programme draws directly on Andreaโs background as an Olympic athlete and professional trainer, adapting principles from high-performance sport to contexts where sport can become a constructive and restorative experience for individuals facing social exclusion and detention.
