An educational initiative implemented in schools to strengthen self-esteem and resilience through sport. Inspired by high jump principles, the programme encourages children to view challenges as opportunities for growth, emphasising mental preparation, perseverance, and the value of failure as part of success.
Through personal storytelling and structured activities, the initiative particularly supports students facing social or learning difficulties, helping them set ambitious goals and build confidence in their abilities.
π Greece β Inclusive Athletics Workshops
A series of community-based workshops designed to promote inclusion through track and field activities. The programme adapts athletic techniques to suit children of different abilities and backgrounds, ensuring accessibility and participation for all.
By creating a supportive and non-competitive environment, these workshops use sport as a vehicle for equality, encouraging young participants to overcome personal barriers and discover their potential.
